Description

Attempting to watch a video (eg.  http://latest-v.plumi.org/Members/andrew/videos/Forgotten_Bird_of_Paradise-trailer.mp4/view) the video can take 1-2 minutes to start playing and seems to download the whole video before it will start.

The flash player should enable progressive download so a viewer can watching it as it downloads.
