Description

Getting some user feedback here that I am adding in.

A tester is suggesting we add a 5-10 second buffer on the video so those with low-bandwidth have a smoother viewing experience. Might be good to try and see if it works.

This is a site by site config issue and will also be solved by having high and low-res versions.
