Ticket #395 (closed task: fixed)
Update documentation pages in wiki to reflect 4.0 version and advent of Plumi manual

Description
Much of the documentation for Plumi 3.0 is out of date, both because it focuses on 0.2.3 and also as the Floss Manual is now the central place for documentation.
We need to go through all the wiki pages and check what is deprecated and point people to the most relevant and current documentation. http://plumi.org/wiki/TitleIndex

There's still quite a bit to do here with the wiki pages, moving this to 3.1

Nice to be done in 3.1 if Grant has time, but moved to 3.2 as it's more likely to happen during that time

- Milestone changed from 4.2 Beta to 3.1.1
Moving this to 3.1.1 - we really need to update the docs now. Grant, you cool on that one?

- Milestone changed from 3.1.1 to 4.0 Final
With 4.0 this should be done for that release not 3.0.

- Milestone changed from 4.0 zFinal to 4.1 Beta 1
This is in progress. Dave, Anna and Unweb will contribute to this, but the new version may not be published synchronously with the 4.0 release, but very soon after. Will therefore will move this to the next milestone.
Grant imported the 3.1.2 version of the manual and I've set up a 4.0 version of the manual in the new Booki system and begun editing this.
I've gone through the Plumi wiki and updated it in terms of the 3.1.2 release, but will need to be gone over again for 4.0

Hey folks, as I made the ticket and had a few things in my head I didn't write down I gave this a quick check. Looking very very good. A few pages though that I reckon still need some work or I'm not sure are up to date
- http://plumi.org/wiki/Translate - is this fully up to date in terms of the process now?
- http://plumi.org/wiki/MetaData - seems to be based on our old metadata solution
- http://plumi.org/wiki/HowToInstallPlumi - should this link off to somewhere in svn? Or somewhere where someone will always find the latest version?

I've deprecated this kind of content in the Plumi wiki, and linked to the manual instead. It's silly to maintain two docs spaces, especially for things like features. Not many things still live in the wiki, which is probably how it should be.

I've updated several pages of the documentation in the wiki and moved the link to the manual at the top of the documentation page. I've also moved the deprecated documentation pages in a separate page.
Grant, feel free to add/change whatever you feel like :)
