Add author comments to profile page

It'd be cool to bring in someones comments to their profile page so you could see what they have been discussing.

Looks good except for UI design, as discussed in chat.

• The whole section should only appear if the author has actually made comments (conditional)
• The heading "Comments listing for reviewer : " should read "Latest Comments", and should have the same style as "Latest Videos" in the author page.
• Each comment should have the icon associated with it as per the comments portlet  http://testing.plumi.org:16080/Plone
• The comments should be styled as per that comments portlet
• The date should be shortened to Month Date, Year as per the comments portlet
• Each comment should be separated by a dashed line, as per the line underneath Country on the author page e.g.  http://testing.plumi.org:16080/Plone/author/reviewer

One other quick change of author page styling while you're at it - remove dashed line from underneath Categories on this page, as this is replicated underneath Country. Only one dashed line separator should be there between each item, and as Country is underneath Categories, this should be where the dashed line is.
