Update Plumi manual to reflect 3.1.1 changes

There were some changes in 3.1.1. I'm not sure what they were. Can others add them in for helping Anna.

mostly it is:

• Added hooks to also delete transcoded videos when deleting a video object
• Changed bookmarks button and description
• Fixed order of rss1/2 ande member video folder listings.
• Fix comment ordering on portlets and collections
• Use an iframe for video embedding in order for it to work with wordpress blogs and drupal html editors
• Fix a few cases where videos were not picked up by the transcode.daemon
• Provide a way to change the author of a video item

I recall there was something about the install process changing also.? Or maybe not? Grant I recall you had something on your list to update in v3.1.1 - but I can't recall what it was.

I don't have any notes re: changing the installation section of the manual for 3.1.1

I've checked through the current manual and most of the 3.1.1 changes don't need updates to the manual. The changes I've seen are:

1) Publish Video mentions Language which is no longer present (it was removed in 3.1) - I've modified the page & screen dump to remove reference to language

2) The "Change Ownership" functionality occurs under the "Edit Content" area - I've modified the "Edit Content" page to include the "Change Ownership" functionality at the end of the page.

3) The "Share This" icon was never documented in the Plumi Manual (I couldn't find any reference to it on any of the existing pages) - I've modified the "Sharing Content" page to include reference to the icon & it's useage at the top of the page.
