Referring to this now closed ticket:  https://redmine.engagemedia.org/issues/1672

It would be good to have control over the effective date of items, which will help site editors greatly in managing content.

Might as well put Settings in there too.

Both Dates & Settings would appear as tabs, instead of in the Ajax edit form as per standard content types.
