Reduce size of thumbnail images in related videos

Description

These are frequently over 30k each, which is a lot considering they are so small. If there are 5 that's 150k.

I suggest reducing them around 20-30%

Checked this and on EM they only look around 5k or so now, plus we've already dealt with the biggest issue that is flowplayer. Doesn't seem to pertinent now.
