Make Plumi Countries a Full List Ordered Alphabetically - Listings and Video Publish Form
This is different to EM, where we have a custom list of countries.

Will just need to rewrite the countries alphabetically, now that we have plumi.taxonomies package with countries tuple

This is ready, eg http://new.plumi.org/taxonomy/countries and also on the publish/edit video forms, countries and genres appear alphabetically ordered
