TracNav(TOC)? Plumi is a Free Software video sharing Content Management System based on  Plone and produced by the  EngageMedia collective. Plumi enables you to create your own sophisticated video sharing site; by adding it to an existing Plone instance you can quickly have a wide array of functionality to facilitate video distribution and community creation.

In a net landscape where almost all video sharing sites keep their distribution platform under lock and key, Plumi is one contribution to creating a truly democratic media.

Get Involved

You can get involved in Plumi development by:

• by emailing us here  http://blog.plumi.org/contact/
• by joining the  discussion list
• by joining the  announce list
• submitting any bugs or enhancements to our tracker - PLEASE check the listing first to check the issue hasn't already been ticketed.

eg

This creates a folder called "Plumi-0.2.3-final-Products" which contains all the extra Products you need.

You could use  https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/Plumi/branches/plumi-0.2.x as the argument to "svn co" if you wanted to do development on that plumi 0.2.x release branch. see here :  http://dev.plone.org/collective/browser/Plumi/branches/

Also, you can check for the latest tags to use from the plumi 0.2.x series here:  http://dev.plone.org/collective/browser/Plumi/tags/

The actual trunk of Plumi ( https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/Plumi/trunk) is currently (Feb/2009) only for development of plumi 0.3 and requires Plone 3.x
